Founded in 2004, Chef Support has been providing services to clients from setting up and developing new projects, to reviewing established businesses. Derrin Westcott was instrumental in the setup and launch of The Malthouse Group of pubs based in Shropshire working alongside the Directors, Alex and Andy Nicoll as group Executive Head Chef. The group itself became enormously successful, with the flagship, The Malthouse in Ironbridge becoming one of Shropshire's premiere eating and entertainment venues.

            The benefits of eating Mackerel & fish oil seem to include reduced risk of thrombosis (blood clotting), heart disease, and improvements in visual, comprehension and mental abilities.   

Since leaving  The Malthouse Pub group, Derrin has been involved in several projects including, The Fox Inn, Bridgnorth, The Falcon at Hinstock and Millrace in Walford, Ross-on-Wye. Derrin's commitment, passion and energy are what every kitchen needs to achieve success, high standards and profit. With over 22 years of professional kitchen experience, Derrin as the in-depth knowledge of menus, financial controls, food safety management, chefs and of course a special touch with food.
